Gaia Education is developing on several fronts at this time and the outlook is promising. One is the continued interest in our Project-Based Learning initiatives in the developing countries where we can really make a difference, not least as regards sustainable organic food production, perhaps the most important first step on the way to a more sustainable future.
Another is our entry into the American university world with our online education, with Goddard College the first partner, offering accredited courses based on the Gaia Education curriculum.
A third is our entry into the world of European refugees, with Sicily as the first case. I see education of refugees based on our educational programme as a win-win proposition for everyone, not least because capacity building opens up the possibility of refugees returning to Africa with new knowledge and design tools that can help create sustainable villages and new jobs, the only long-term solution to the migrant crisis.
Best wishes to all,
