Today marks the beginning of our very first 'Design for Sustainability and Organic Food System' programme!

This 5-week practical course is designed to provide the knowledge and practical skills on regenerative and organic farming techniques in the context of the three dimensions of sustainability - environment, society and economy, with culture as an underlying dimension. The course draws on the experience developed in a network of some of the most successful ecovillages and transition settings across the Earth and in the context of the booming Sicilian organic agriculture.
