Conflict and Grief
How does a community stay together? How do we get on with so many different people in ever changing roles?
Based on many years within the Findhorn Ecovillage Community, we would like to share some supportive practices. We will explore some of the following topics and questions:
What agreements can we make to make our lives as harmonious as possible?
What needs to happen on different levels: individual, team and organisational?
What Community rituals and practices support the individuals and collective?
How does spiritual practice and inner work help?
We invite you to join this exploration, as a shared learning opportunity.
Join us to explore the above questions (and more) in a MasterClass hosted by Gaia Education academic coordinator and experienced sustainability facilitator, Silvia Di Blasio.
We are offering this event in the spirit of the Gift Economy. A donation of 10-50GBP is recommended, so we can create similar events and make them available to as many people as possible, but we understand that this is not possible for everyone.
Please donate any amount you feel comfortable with and are able to.
