Important Registration Details

• Meals: All prices include daily lunch during training and the welcome and celebration dinners on the first and last day of the course.

• Accommodation: Limited on-site shared bedrooms are available as an optional add-on. We strongly recommend booking this in advance, as finding accommodation in Findhorn can be challenging.

• Discounts: We offer special rates for Global South and Group bookings. Please email us at info@gaiaeducation.org to apply.

2.3 Cancellation and refund policy of face to face programmes

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the start of a course or programme are eligible for either a 100% credit to the participant's Gaia Education account or an 80% refund of the amount paid. Cancellations after the mentioned timeline won't be open for refund, but please contact Gaia Education team for the proper assessment. In programmes with higher attendance rate than expected refunds can be issued extraordinarily.

In the event that the programme is cancelled, registered participants will receive a full refund of the programme fee.

Accommodation Refund Policy

Please note that accommodation bookings for this programme are generally non-refundable. However, if you cancel, Gaia Education will attempt to resell your spot. If we are successful in filling your vacancy, you will receive a full reimbursement of the accommodation fee.
